How long do you like your anime?

In order from my most liked to least liked and my reasons why.
Short: Series that are usually below 30 episodes.
I really like these kinds of anime short, sweet, and straight to the point. They don’t usually have any annoying fillers to slow the story down and even if some people like to complain that they’re too short I thinks it’s better that way so the creator of the anime don’t over kill the series. Some good examples are Uta~Kata, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Shakugan no Shana, Rozen Maiden, and Zero no Tsukaima.
Medium: Series that are usually between 30 and 50 episodes.
Not to often do get to see these kinds of series that are not to long, not to short, and well balanced. The story isn’t over drawn and most of the time has a decent well-rounded ending. A really good example would be this would be Eureka Seven.
Long: Series that are above 50 episodes and are usually 100+.
Don’t get me wrong I am a fan of some series like these. Such as Inuyasha, Bleach, and Naruto but there are two things that kill these kinds of series for me. Never ending fillers and over marketing. The fillers take away from the main story and go on and on as a result a lot of fans usually lose interest and give up watching all together. The over marketing comes in with the flood of action figures, video games, trading card games, etc. the anime becomes a money making machine and whole point of the series becomes lost (i.e Pokemon and DBZ -_-) anyway that’s my argument and I’m sticking to it.
