Absolute Anime

Hello. I'm Omega, and I'm here to apply for the position of moderator. I believe that I can do a good job because I have been a moderator on a few other sites, and I did well on those sites.

Nice and terse application. You are going to cop a lot of criticism about your application being too short. But the fact is, most of the long apps are boring and have stupid things written like 'I am well liked' 'I want to be a mod' I've been a member for a long time' ... 'I understand the rules'

And these things just waste time as a mod application tells us you want to be a mod, I can see on your profile you've been a member long enough to know how this site runs, your application follows the guidelines so I can trust you know the rules too, and I don't care whether or not your liked.

If you can mod well on other sites you can definitely do the same here! You are well mannered and don't have any of that 'jerk appeal' myself and most of the other members have. A Yes from me!

Oh, I guess I should say something about myself. I don't tolerate spam threads. By this I mean a person making several dozen threads that all say the exact same thing in all of them, all in quick succession. Spam within an already existing thread isn't quite as bad. I have an open mind and will listen carefully to a persons problems, no matter how trivial it may be. I am not biased it important matters such as this. I'm on this site at least once a day, unless I'm on vacation or my computer is not working. I have a large base of knowledge.

I really don't know what else to say.

I've talked to you a couple of times, and so I have an idea about the kind of person you are, but I'm going to wait a little while before voting. For now, a no opinion from me (not that I'll actually put no opinion.)

Absolutely NOT! You're joking, right? I'm usually a nice person, but come on, take this seriously.. Congratulations. You're my first no.

He would make a good mod, but the people who make the people Mods look at the Application for the answer is he good or not. And i have voted 'No'.

There is not only one reason, the other is i don't think you have an understanding.

How long did it take you to do the Application Omega?

Well, thanks. But I am right. Who knows, he might be the best moderator thats ever existed on AA, but if he doesn't put effort into a good application, we won't know. Now will we?

Well what would you like to know? This is the first time i've ever applied to be a mod, so I don't know what to say.

On the other site, I was just asked if I would have liked to be a mod. I answered yes, so I became a moderator.

Ok first read over this and.. heres what I WANT TO SEE in a moderator application, not necessarily required.. but this would make me vote yes.

1.) Why do you want to become a moderator?
2.) If you become moderator, what good will you do AA?
3.) Personality? Describe what you're like.

If you're easily angered, this isn't the job for you.
(Not saying you are, just an example)
You can't yell at all the members of AA for something minor, warn them first, and if the problem persists, take the action you see fit, but remember.

Alright.. well.. edit your application. Don't post here. Edit it and make at least a 200% improvement on it.
