2. Jafar in Aladdin the Movie Game
3. Andross from Starfox
4. Ganon in Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past
5. The Queen Bee in the flyswatter game in Mario Paint.

2. Bowser ~Super Mario World
3. Helmasaur King ~Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past
4. Andross ~Star Fox
5. King Zing Sting ~DKC2

Thanatos - Secret Of Mana
Ridley - Super Metroid
Flying Cops - Flashback
Bowser - Sim City (not a boss, but a hazzard)
Mana Dragon -Secret Of Mana

Lavos - Chrono Trigger(almost every required boss in the game in one)
Sigma - Megaman X
Brachosaur - FFVI(III in US and a random battle not a boss, harder than any other boss in the game)
Intigir - FFVI(III in US and a random battle not a boss, hard at the only point you can fight him)
Bowser - Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island(final boss)
