I know it's a little early,but I want this party to last until the end of Christmas Day.It'll be a huge pary,and everyone is invited.Just remember:

"The party will start when everyone gets here...."Xalem said,hanging decorations.She sat on a ladder,putting up the mistletoe.

Beru looked at the invitation he had recieved as he approached the address listed on it.
"Yeah, this is the place." he said as he reached a gloved hand up to the door and knocked, waiting for someone to answer.

[Motoko Chan]

Xalem,hearing the knock,went to go answer teh door.But,being as klutzy as she is,she forgot that she was on teh ladder,and fell."ow ow ow..."She said,as she got up,and ran to teh door,slid to a halt,and opened it."Beru,you're here!"She said,glomping him.

"Yeah, I came," Beru laughed, finally escaping Xalem's grasp. He gave her a once over and smiled nervously, rubbing the back of his head.
"My, you're dressed for the occasion." he laughed.

[Motoko Chan]

"Yeah...I guess so."She said,smiling,a little embarrassed.She led him inside.

"Wow, you went all out on the decorations," Beru noted, looking around the humble home, "Lights, stockings, even misltetoe. This is a lot, you should have called me earlier so I could help you. I'm sure it wasn't easy." he told her, setting a wrapped box on a nearby table.

[Motoko Chan]

"Don't worry about it."She said,and walked past the mistletoe into the kitchen to get the cookies out of the oven.

Beru took off his jacket, then walked up to the doorway leading into the kitchen, sniffing the air that was riddled with all sorts of delicious scents.
"Wow, those smell great!" he grinned.

[Motoko Chan]

"Yup.Hmm...where did I put those pies...oh yeah!"She said,walking to the refrigerator,and putting them into the oven.She set the eggnog and the cookies on a small tabe which had all sorts of other little treats,like sushi,and pocky...and miniature sandwiches.She smiled."Almost got all the food."She said,smiling,not realizing she was standing under the mistletoe.

Beru smiled as he looked up at the top of the doorway the two were standing under, a bead of sweat forming on his forhead as he realized they were standing under the mistletoe. "Uh... Xalem?" he asked her, pointing up.

[Motoko Chan]

She looked up,and blushed."I knew I should've put teh table closter to teh window..."She said.laughing nervously.

Beru regained his composure and shot a small smile, rubbing the back of his head slightly.
"Well... can't break the Christmas spirit, right?" he asked her.
