Hey anyone ever listen to Nightwish?? Err, back when Tarja was the singer, at least. I liked it so much better. She's got such a beautiful voice I was worried she wouldn't come out with an album but I really like her new one. Has anyone heard My Winter Storm? I love it. And her video for I walk alone is incredible, she's so fierce. I think she's going to do great during her solo career! If you haven't seen the video here's a link

This band is pretty good; I have two of their CDs.
Planet Hell and Cadence of Her Last Breath are my favorites.
I don't know too much about the different band members though.

I only got to know Nightwish a while before Tarja leave the band.
I have one of their CD, I don't remember it's name now.. XD

But Tarja's song "I walk alone" is awesome! The video is amazing too ^^

I personally prefer the new singer. it makes the band feel more earthy. I'd be arrogant to say she is (in terms of skill) Tarja is the worse of the 2 singers, because like hell. I am yet to hear Tarja's solo stuff, but i do plan to buy her album.

I love Tarja and I think I nearly cried when she left the band. Nightwish has been my favorite band for years... until she left the band. I don't like the new sound. But Tarja, she's amazing and she doesn't need the band. She can make it on her own yay

i think tarja is amazing. i think shes one of the best female singers ive ever heard. i havent heard their new singer yet but im going to investigate now.
