Honduran "Coup d'état?"

A few days ago, President Zelaya was ousted by the Army for "violating the Constitution of Honduras." President Zelaya wanted to hold a referendum to change the Constitution to allow him to run for another term. It was taken to the Supreme Court of Honduras and they ruled that the action violated the Constitution. Ergo, the Army exiled President Zelaya to Costa Rica. Both the U.S and the U.N. support Zelaya and (at least with the UN) said they would not recognize Roberto Micheletti (who was sworn in as the new Pres). Also, the people of Honduras have been protesting in support of Micheletti. Also, reports indicate they do not want Zelaya to return.
Thoughts?
