ah, interesting stuff.....and yes, its a british day and im american.....like i said, im ignorant and arrogant. i only know american holidays((and even then, unless its on the claendar)) and some japanese ones that i know from watching and reading anime and manga.....other than that, im useless

V for Vendetta was such a great movie. I think Americans should celebrate something like Guy Fawkes Night, or at least we should have Boxing Day

What motivates this desire? A day off? As that would be a good enough reason for me.
