technically, Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid would be the third season. As for there being more, theres no date out yet.

as far as I know all there is of FMP is:
Full Metal Panic
Full Metal Panic Fumoffu
Full Metal Panic Second Raid
Full Metal Panic OVA
As to my knowledge they do not plan on continuing the series
