Your site has a lot of rules, but it's very good!

Yeah, I don't really want people to curse or spam, but I don't have a restriction on pictures. I'm not going to be that strict.

It took me a whole day to set up so that's probably why its good.

Well, rules aren't that bad of a thing. I'm thinking of starting over on my site or make all new one for other things besides anime. Which will be a little hard for me since I love anime more than most things.

I think your website is fine the way it is but a lot of things are misplaced. I don't think you should start all over again. Maybe just move things around and delete some threads.
