Brolly because omega Shenron looks stupid and because Brolly gave the Z fighters a bigger beating.

Omega shenron; I haven't seen him but I heard he was the hardest to beat. He must have some powerful moves.

you heard wrong. He was the strongest villian they had to fight, but Brolly put up a way better fight at the time then Omega Shenron did.

I remember seeing a clip of Vegeta and Broly fighting.

Well the're both dangerous - they could blow a planet in a sec. But remember that to beat Omega Shenron Goku and Vegeta SSJ4 had to fuse into Gogeta. To beat Brolli, Goku 'only' needed to absorb all his friends' energy.
Brolli seems more dangerous beacause there was an emphasis on him being a legendary warrior, and the fact that at the end of GT we had all seen many fights much similar to vs Omega Shenron...
