Tomoe says she is going to marry Kenshin. so I guess the answer to "I wondered if Tomoe was going to marry him?" is 'yes'

Tomoe had a finan'ce before she met Kenshin though.

I suggest you go watch Samurai X Trust, then Samurai X Betryl. - they're both great Movies! They have almost everything -and posses the answer to your question
