Well, when i got my us weekly news magazine i turned to the page that said 'Scrubs' star: A real life hero...

or something along those lines.

Anyway, a murderer/fugitive broke into her house and kept her hostage. Anyway, she tried to convince him to turn himself in and also preached about the richness of an honest and religious life. Anyway, she finally got the convict's trust and turned him in.
