Sousuke Sagara is a professional soldier, practically born and bred on the battlefield. A military specialist for the secret organization MITHRIL, he has just been given perhaps his most challenging assignment yet.

Why's it so challenging? Because it's not a combat mission. For the battle-hardened Sagara, he now has to become accustomed to a new, alien environment...high school. Assigned to watch over and protect Kaname Chidori, a "whispered" candidate for MITHRIL, Sagara must ensure her safety and well being, fend off the enemies of his past, and try to do something he never had to do before: live the life of an ordinary teenager.

Sousuke Sagara is an elite soldier who belongs to an independent special force named "Mithril". Mithril is a self appointed military force that fights terrorism across the globe. With technology that is far superior to that of normal nations, Mithril intercedes on behalf of justice. Sousuke, a Second Lieutenant under Mithril's command, is assigned to the duty of protecting a girl named Kaname Chidori, who attends high school in Japan. To accomplish this task, he pretends to be a transfer student attending at Kaname's school. As Sousuke settles into his new role as classmate, a massive plot unfolds beginning with the kidnapping of Kaname.

Full Metal Panic! Is an addictive series you can't get enough of. Its about Kaname Chidori and how she is very special because of her ability to control any mecha. Many people are after this ability, so Kaname is on the high rate of being kidnapped by an Organization called KGB. Sousuke a very serious sargent that was sent out to protect Kaname from being kidnapped. Kaname's life will never be the same.
