Character Description: Teletha Tesstarosa
Tessa is the captain of Mithril and head of the submarine. Most people don't believe she is captain when they first see her because she is so young. Tessa is very proud of what she has and often fights with Kaname so that she can win Sousuke's love. She is not very athletic and even has a hard time holding a gun. Either way she has won the hearts of her crew, most of them love to oggle her.
