Character Description: Meroko Yui
Together with her partner and love interest, Takuto Kira, Meroko Yui is a part of the shinigami team Negi Ramen, sent to collect the soul of 12-year-old Mitsuki Kouyama.
She has a hot temper and is sometimes very moody especially when it comes to her relationship with Takuto (despite her constant attempts to impress him, he doesn't seem to notice her or have the same feelings).
Though she tries to help Mitsuki with her singing career, her ideas often get the girl into trouble.
In one episode, Meroko and Takuto were fighting on the roof and he had said something about her being older than him. So Meroko is older, though it is unclear how much older.

i think meroko's human name should be in here too. Moe Rikyo is a rather pretty name =o
^-^ meroko looked a lot like mitsuki when she was alive so pretty...

she does look 16 but she is older than takuto already because she was friends with mitsuki's grandmother. takuto is like the adopted son of mitsuki's dad. Also, takuto is the one who named mitsuki.
