Michelo is a Mafia boss who also pilots the Neros Gundam for Neo-Italy. He is a cruel and vindictive man who becomes the first victim to the Shining Finger. He returns as the pilot of the Gundam Heaven Sword (Soaring Raven Gundam in the dubbed version), and as a servant of the Dark Gundam. He is killed in the Finals by Argo and Sai.
