Peppo is... um... gay, okay? I don't know if he is gay, but he has a great style of acting like a girl... imagine her... er.. him dressed as a boy and has short hair and acting manly.... ISN'T HE CUTE and HANDSOME?!
When Peppo is at Count's mansion for a while, Count said that "Every move of Albert, you will report to me." I don't think that Peppo is his real name. Actually, he is really kind of a mystery. Almost everything about him is unknown.
He volunteered as a housemaid of Albert's house.

Peppo is transgendered, people. Physically a boy, wants to be a girl, so she dresses and aims to be seen as female on a 24/7 basis. It's kind of hugely disrespectful to do this whole SHE UH I MEAN *HE* thing with this page.

I don't think peppo is really a boy because if you watch the japanese version then peppo says she /he will be with the mansion for a long time after meeting alberts fathers needs as a man.
