In this all new movie, the sinister terrorist organization of COBRA has begun new and much more brutal plans in their ambitions for world conquest. Taking control of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), they created a new and deadly weapon that can destroy anything on the planet, and holds the world hostage after destroying a major city. The forces of G.I. Joe now begins a life and death struggle in order to save the world and stop COBRA's plans. Resolute is a much darker and more mature story, which isn't afraid to mount casualties on both sides.
