Small for his age, Yukinari has been bullied and abused by girls all his life. Now in high school, he has developed a rare condition: whenever girls touch him, or even come close, he breaks out in hives. He lives alone since his mother and father live abroad.

One day, when he comes home from school, he runs into Kirie, his childhood friend and classmate (who secretly has a crush on him). She ends up hitting him and he falls in the bathtub and is transported to Siren, a place inhabited mostly by women (only 10% of men). There, he meets the mysterious girl Miharu, a pink-haired girl who doesn't seem to make his hives react. When he tries going back home, he accidently brings Miharu back with him.

Along the way of figuring out what has happened, he meets Koyomi, who suffers male-phobia, Tomoka, who looks like a child, and the noisy siblings Fukuyama Kazuharu (a big-time perv and very rich) and Risa (a witch-in-training who thinks Yukinari is her soul mate).
