Character Description: Professor Rompo Fudo
Most people in the anime refer to him as Professor Fudo. He teaches classics at the Belnar institute.
Professor Fudo is a highly regarded individual. Even the U.N. called on him to help explain the cause of the recent upheaval of earthquakes worldwide.
Particularly, the second great Takai earthquake, which completely destroyed the entire Kanto region of Japan. Fudo claims to have seen with his own eyes, the man responsible for this historic event: none other than Shizuru Ozaki!
