Character Description: Tatsuha Uesugi
Tatsuha is Eiri's younger brother. He is a good monk but is also a womanizer. He looks almost exactly like Eiri but has black hair. He is obsessed with Sakuma Ryuichi. He even hits on Shuichi because of their similarities in looks.
