Character Description: Kou Uraki
Kou is an ensign for the Federation out of the Albion. He piloted the Gundam against Anavel Gato and the Delaz Fleet when they stole Unit 2. He is very fond of Nina, but the other Lieutenant has two things against him. The first is Gundam privileges and the second is Nina's Heart.
