Auel Neider, pilot of the Abyss Gundam is a Enhanced Natural by the Earth Alliance. He can often be seen aboard the Grity Lue, hanging with fellow pilots Sting Oakley, and Stellar Loussier.

Unlike Stellar, Auel is more aware of what's surrounding him and what this war is about. Although Auel can get a little crazy or go into a seizure when he hears the word "Mother", Auel cares about his teammates and the turnout of what can become of this war.

During Auel's time with the Earth Alliance, Neo Lorrnoke takes care of him, Stellar and Sting, by monitoring their behavior, their piloting skills and erasing their memories from time to time.

Auel may have been a minor character in the "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" series, but he was an amazing pilot with plots to kill whomever's in his way, not caring about his own safety.

Auel's main competition on who to kill next was Shinn Asuka, piloting the "Impulse Gundam." Auel thinks if he can kill the pilot of the Impulse he can kill anyone and this war may or may not come to an end.

Sadly, Auel's fate has been sealed at only 16 years old, when aboard the Earth Alliance and fighting against the Minerva and the Arc Angel ships.
