Character Description: Jodi
Jodi is a member of the ATF branch based in Chicago. He accompanied Bill Collins to a safe house being used by the traitor George Black to hide Russian assassin Colonel Radinov.
They got there to find Radinov gone and Black dead of a gunshot wound to the head. Jodi, against orders, picked up the phone and hit redial. The good news is that this enabled Bill to rescue Rally and May from an attempt on their lives. The bad news is that putting the phone down activated a bomb that destroyed the safe house and killed Jodi.
