Character Description: Cappy
Cappy is a hamster that loves to wear hats. His owners are Kip and Sue. He is most of the time like really happy and he looks up to Boss. Cappy is spoiled by his owners; he is sort of a Hamtaro clone. In one episode he just doesn't seem to want to give up his home as shown by how spoiled he is.
