Character Description: Devil-Ham
Devil-Ham is an evil wizard that can transform into a dragon. He wants the Magical Sunflower seed so he can wish for something (I have no idea what he wants).
He has ninja hench-men... or hench-hams as the case may be.
However, Hamtaro foils Devil-Ham's plans for finding the Magical Sunflowerseed. There is not much info on Devil-Ham.
