Anime Description: Hungry Heart
Kyosuke Kanou is a sixteen year old boy who goes to Jyoyo Akanegaoka High School. He used to play soccer when he was in junior high, but quit for being described like his big brother, Seisuke, who is a famous soccer player. In his first year of high school, a girl named Miki convinced him to coach the school's female soccer team. He joined very reluctantly. After some time coaching, Kyosuke realizes that he is still in love with soccer.
Miki never gave up on him and she knew that he could coach the team. When Kyosuke first started coaching the girl's soccer team, he wasn't so committed and he was kinda lazy. He made the girls run, do exercises, and pull all the grass off of their soccer field for days (even in the rain), but in the end, the field looked really nice and Kyosuke got serious about the coaching thing.
Hungry Heart is about teamwork and determination.
