Character Description: Genjo Kakoton
Kakoton is a fighter at Kyosho Academy. He's really strong fighter, but he's stupid. When he fights, he only uses basic attacks. Not submission, or energy attacks.
One day, he was fighting Hakufu, and he was teaching her basics. When Goei dropped off his jacket, she started to support his school. She asked him to make Hakufu lose the Big Fighters Tournament by paralyzing her legs. Then he lost by Ryomo doing her triangle strangle attack.
