Choukou Shikou was originally a fighter, but now resides at a shrine near a hot spring resort frequented by fighters in the Kanto region. An accomplished martial artist, he was Goei's instructor, as well as Goei's husband and Hakufu Sonsaku. He also has as a pupil Ukitsu, who he sends to awaken Hakufu's hidden power – and had taught Housen Ryofu a very deadly talent in order to confront Toutaku!
