Character Description: Manten
Manten and his older brother, Hiten, make up the Thunder Brothers. They have the power to murder entire armies. Manten can use a cloud for transportation and shoot lightning out of his mouth. Manten admires Hiten because of his full head of hair and because Hiten doesn't look like a giant fish. Manten kidnaps Kagome to sacrifice her for a hair tonic potion.
When Hiten and Manten confront InuYasha with the kidnapped Kagome, she pushes Manten off the cloud. Unfortunetely, the cloud dissappears and Kagome falls on Manten. After a while, Manten finds Kagome and begins to strangle her. InuYasha notices this while fighting Hiten, and throws the Tetsusaiga into Manten's back, killing him. Hiten takes Manten's Shikon jewel shards and powers.
Souten is the sister of the Thunder Brothers.
