Guano is a small little creature. His entire body is purple, except for his eyes, mouth, and stomach. On his stomach, he has a light blue crystal. He has a tail and four legs, as well as a head with small lighting shaped spikes sticking out of the back of his head. He has many fears and phobias and is very emotional.

In the episode "A Christmas Mikey", as well as a few other episodes, it is revealed that Guano is actually a human in a costume.
