Last I checked, this character's cosplay outfit was available at Milanoo.
Belphegor, the genius of the Varia group, uses his combat and tactical skills to win. His weapons of choice are knives and wires that are so thin they can't be seen. At the sight of his own blood his power surges, as it reminds him of the thrill of killing his twin brother, Rasiel.
Bel is in fact a prince, having royal blood in his veins, a fact he likes to tell others, along with his trademark laugh "Ushishishi" . In his battle against Gokudera he wins, though at a cost. Gokudera had won but Bel grabbed his ring that was around his neck and wouldn't let go before the explosions when off. Gokudera abandoned the ring and lost. Bel had won because of that.

He shows up pretty late in the series. I haven't even met his character yet and he's already my favorite. I love sadistic characters with that creepy laugh and that smiles when they're in pain. =^-^=Ushishishishi~ I also first found out about him by a epic photo!~Ushishishishi~

Bel-chan is so cute!! But he did not "kill" his brother. His brother is alive in the TYL arc, the two fought and then Rasiel was really killed by Xanxus. At least I think he was...... But anyways- Go Belphegor!
