Ursula is a painter who lives in the forest. She found the stuffed cat that Kiki was supposed to deliver. She is friends with the crows that inhabit the forest.

When Kiki loses her witches' power, she stays with Ursula for a while so that she can relax. During that time, Ursula gives Kiki good advice on how to regain her powers, which turns out to be exactly how Kiki got them back.

Ursula paints a beautiful painting with a girl in it that is supposed to be Kiki.
