Character Description: Bouncy Tiff
Just one year after his first cartoon turned out horrible, Dedede decided to hire Biggie, Bony, and Sleepy to work on a better version of the cartoon where Dedede himself was the star. But the Otakings thought Tiff would be a better star and, right behind Dedede's back, put Tiff in her own anime when the Salesguy gave them the deadline to finish the cartoon within two days.
After it was finished, Dedede decided to watch the show, unaware that the show was really the "Tiff Show". Then, Dedede's and Escargoon's jaws dropped when they saw what appeared to be a human version of Tiff. That cartoon character was an anime character, Bouncy Tiff!
