Character Description: Mayor Len Blustergas
Mayor Len Blustergas is, as his name suggests, the mayor of Cappy Town who lives just outside of town with his 40-year wife Hana and their three grandchildren. He has a large flock of sheep and a shepherd who lives on his property. While he's the mayor, he doesn't have a lot to say, but the Cappies respect him anyway. Aside from Dedede, Len has the only car in the town.
