The somber and silent Aya, figurehead of Weiss (Omi is the actual leader, but because he is young, they can't show a 17 year old running an assasination group, so they show Aya). His real name is actually Ron and not Aya. Aya was his sister's name, but she ended up in a deep coma when she was hit by Reiji Takatori's limo. When asked for his name by his newfound Wiess companions, he said Aya Fujimiya, figuring that it would allow his sister to live on through him. The name Aya-chan is typically used when referring to his sister.
His usual vocabulary consists of "Takatori shi-ne!" ("Die Takatori!") and "hn", and he's usually somewhat anti-social. But, deep down, he's a real good guy with a good heart.
The closest he gets to a girlfriend in the series is Sakura Tomoe. He just doesn't want people to know that he actually has a heart.

Omi isn't necessarily the actual leader. Aya is clearly called the leader in the story The Meeting that officially is considered a part of the WK canon. Check out the weiss_kreuz community at livejournal for the translations of The Meeting and the official chronology.
