Czar Master is the evil overlord of the humans of Uranus who seek the power of Gaia. To this end he sends his warriors, V-Darn and V-Sion, to raid the Beast villages for Jinns, which might provide a key to Gaia. One thorn in his side is the three Beasts, Wan, Bud, and Mei-Mer, along with Tuttle and Yuni, who elude his grasp.
