Oji Tanaka has hit the point all men fear at some point in their lives, the mid-life crisis. With a wife, son, and a mundane office job as a salary man in Tokyo, life has become extremely dull for him. He reminisces back to his younger days, 15 years ago to be exact when he was known as Gabriel, the leader of the short lived Rock band known as "Black Heaven."

However, all of that changes one day when a beautiful woman named Layla invites him to use his Gibson Flying V guitar and his "legendary" music skills. As it turns out, Oji becomes a vital weapon in an intergalactic war against an evil alien race. However, this is one job that makes life a bit too exciting and complicated for Oji to handle....
