Ayaka is a student of Negi and is very fixed on him, if he's too short to reach the board; she gets a stool and helps him up. She and Asuna are always arguing over stupid things; when they argue more Negi gets pushed around the place. Even though they argue a lot, they have a close friendship which no one of them admit.

Ayaka is also class president, and when events come along, she makes sure to give Asuna the boring job like grocery shopping.
