Chizuru Naba is student #21 in class 3-A at Mahora Academy. She is a part of the "Big Breast Quartet" (along with Mana Tatsumiya, Kaede Nagase, and Kazumi Asakura) due to her large chest size.
Chizuru is, from what you see of her in the series, a gentle and happy person. She's very nice, and likes having Negi as her teacher, as well as most others in her class. Although she isn't a very remarkable character in the series, if she weren't there, we'd be lacking some positive attitude on the show.

Chizuru is Negima's Mutsumi Otohime(Love Hina) thank you Mr Akamatsu!
gentle and happy very nice just like Mutsumi! Tama even makes an appearance on her apron,Chizuru Naba has the largest chest(just like Mutsumi!) of all the students.
