Last I checked, this character's cosplay outfit was available at Milanoo.
Konoka Konoe is friends with Negi, Asuna and most of the other girls. She's very sweet and kind. She even shares a room with Negi and Asuna too.
She loves Negi in a way. One time she even kissed Negi. Asuna was surprized to see them on the floor, with the room all messed up. Well, woudn't you be surprized too!
Konoka is a cheerful and bright young girl. She never used to be able to attend public school, but finally she was able to start going to Mahora Academy for girls.
Her friends include Asuna and Setsuna, although she tries to be friends with everyone.
Setsuna is her sworn protector, and Konoka is totally unaware. She does not find out until the two episodes concerning the class trip.

Not to mention, in the anime Konoka-chan herself is 13.

Anyway, I myself love every picture of Konoka-chan (I even have a couple hung up on a wall in my bedroom. She's the only anime character I've ever done this with, and I've seen lots of various, different anime). Konoka-chan is a very beautiful person inside and out. The thing is there's not nearly as many really, really good pictures of her as there are of Asuna or Nodoka (I've found that some of those virtually fall to your feet). I mean, they're out there but it seems that you have to search a bit harder to find them than you would for Asuna and Nodoka. But yes, Konoka-chan looks great in every picture she's in, fanservice or no fanservice. I don't really pay attention to that stuff anyway.
I hope that the first part of this comment doesn't discourage anyone else from posting their own thoughts about Konoka-chan. Like I said in comment 5, I'd love to see what others think about her, and it's good to see her get some love. So keep 'em coming everyone, as long as they're nice comments, okay? : )

BTW, I'd have to say I agree with i'm talking (comment 3)(good to see someone else posted here). Nodoka is cute for sure, I'll admit that, but I'm still picking Konoka-chan over Bookstore. Konoka-chan's lovable, happy, and extremely friendly personality really attracts me. The fact that she's uber cute is just a bonus. I've said many times that if I had my choice of any of these girls (or possibly from any anime), who if it was possible I'd love to meet, make friends with, hang out with, and bond with, if I could pick one, it'd be Konoka-chan, most definitely. She'd be really easy to make friends with or possibly, like I said in comment 1, eventually have as a girlfriend. Konoka-chan is who I'd be the most comfortable with. You know, I think she IS every bit as cute as Nodoka. That sweet smile of her's kills me.
