Character Description: Nanashi
Nanashi actually means "No Name". He was found when he was younger, with no memory. The Thieves Guild of Luberia accepted him as their leader eventually, and hold great respect for him.
He tends to act like a pervert, and has a soft side for women. He'll sometimes throw battles, simply to prevent from attacking a girl. However, he has no doubts as to the necessity of defeating their enemies. He particularly is targeting Peta, who killed off almost all of the Thieves Guild. The first time they meet, Nanashi accidentally mistakes Ginta for a Chess Piece.
Nanashi is a Lightning user, his favorite Arm is the Electric Eye, though the Griffin Lance seems to be his second favorite. He's a firm believer in being loyal to your friends and family.

He is referred to as boss because he is the leader of the theives guild (Im just backing up what Nymphmon said).
