Character Description: Tsuruya
Tsuruya is a student at North High School, along with Haruhi Suzumiya and Kyon. She is also one of the few friends that Mikuru Asahina had made friends with while she was in the past. Although she is very kind, she is often seen laughing at things she finds slightly funny. Tsuruya is also physically exuberant, and Kyon often finds her odd that Mikuru tolerates her.
A word of note: In the Haruhi Suzumiya light novels and manga, Tsuruya's family is very rich... and is also allegedly a patron of "The Agency", which also employs Itsuki Koizumi. Also, in the Japanese dialogue, the enlarged left canine tooth that Tsuruya has often causes her to mispronounce the simplest of words.
