Character Description: Azule
Izul is the first villain ever seen in Mermaid Melody. She's also the first of the Dark Lovers and she's the most mature. Izul commands waves and sea monsters and she's able to create dragons for water. They can appear from nowhere.
Izul is also the most obsessed in winning the heart of Gaito.
