Sheshe and Mimi are hired by Gaito after the Dark Lovers failed so many times for capturing the Mermaid Princesses. Sheshe is the one with red hair and Mimi is the sister with light blue hair. Together they are The Black Beauty Sisters. They sing two songs called "Kuro no Kyousoukyo" and "Yami no Baroque". These songs gives the listeners or at least a Mermaid headaches and makes them feel defenceless.
Some fans thinks that Sheshe and Mimi are actually a yuri couple, and that the "Black Beauty Sisters" is just a stage name.

First of all, this whole Mermaid Melody section needs updated severely and when I have more time I am coming back to do it myself (as it is obvious I cannot trust you at Absolute Anime to keep well informed).
Second, I fell in love with Mermaid Melody because of Sheshe and Mimi's song "Kuro no Kokyoku~Concerto~":

I love that song! I realize it is a duet with Mimi and Sheshe singing in dissonance with each other, and that it isn't suppose to be pleasant, but I just can't get enough of it! SUGOI！ I love singing along!
Oh, and why doesn't this site let me post Kanji? What kinda Anime website doesn't support Japanese characters? That is totally lame as all heck. ... show more »

i love mimi she is so cute and pretty and i think she can be one of the mermaid princesses helpers if she wasnt againest them. :)
