Last I checked, this character's cosplay outfit was available at Milanoo.
Anko is a Special Jounin of Kohana. At a young age Orochimaru gave her the curse mark like Sasuke's.
Anko is very loud and, in my opinion, sorta military-like. She's very good at scaring people, especially Naruto. She trained under Orochimaru for many years, learning forbidden jutsus, only to use them against him in the Forest Of Death. Orochimaru told her that if she told anyone he was in Konoha he'd kill her (or something to that effect).
In the 49th episode of Naruto Shippuden, they tell of Anko Mitarashi having a high craving for sweets/candy, when they're giving away hints about her.
