Sakon and Ukon are brothers who have the Kekkei Genkai called Soma no Ko (Attack of an Evil Spirit Pair). With this they are able to merge with each other. Ukon normally stays asleep inside of Sakon with only his head outside of Sakon, but when Sakon fights he often helps his brother out in both defence and attack.
Orochimaru said that Sakon/Ukon are the strongest and fastest of the Sound Ninja Four, although Sakon often slows down missions because he often toys with his opponents. His brother is more impatient and ends battles quickly.
