Last I checked, this character's cosplay outfit was available at Milanoo, Moon Costumes, and Xfancy.
Shino is a very mysterious character of this anime. Because he's a member of the Aburame Clan, his special skill is that he has insects in his body that feed of his chakara. He then utilizes these insects for attacking and defending (or cheating, as he did on written portion of the Chunin test). Some of his abilities is Bug Host and Bug Clone. These bugs obey whatever he orders them to do. These bugs are really harmful because they eat chakra.
Everyone in Shino's family wears the sunglasses. Because of this, people think that there is something wrong with Shino's eyes. There is nothing wrong with Shino's eyes, though he might see like a bug.
In the Naruto manga, we are told that Shino (and his whole family) are, as babies, left to insects and become the insects home. Thats how the Aburame family get the bugs they control.
Shino's eyes were apparently only shown once, in episode 149, and even that was just a side view with hardly enough detail to actually determine color. The picture you see below, which has become semi-popular on the 'net, is not a real picture from the anime. It is apparently a modified version of a legitimate picture (you can see the editing on the hair on the right side). It is my belief that the eye color of "hazel" listed on Wikipedia comes from this picture. I repeat, this picture is not legitimate, and Wikipedia articles are written by fans (and thus, contain mistaken fan beliefs), so don't keep e-mailing me saying that Shino's eyes are hazel just because Wikipedia says so!

Also known as the "Bug Freak" by Kiba, Shino is one of the smart geniuses in the Ninja Academy. Wearing sunglasses at all times, Shino acts confident most of the time.
His clan has the ability to use insects in a type of symbiosis. Insects live in his body and feed off of the chakra within. In exchange, the insects helps Shino in tasks. Insects attack and defend for him. Shino's insects can even attack enemies from behind and ultimately doom them. They also spy for him in stealth missions.
Shino's group consist of Hinata Hyuga and Inuzuka Kiba. Kurenai Yuuhi is his sensei.

Doin' some comparisons, it'd probably be fair to say that Shino is about six feet tall, maybe 6'1"/6'2", in Shippuden... Dunno if that can be put in his information since it's just a estimate when comparing him to Kakashi (who, presumably, has stayed at 5'11" since his debut). I dunno... random note.

I found that episode on the internet, got up really close to the screen and squinted for a while before coming to this conclusion; his eyes are either dark brown or black. Hope that helps anyone with doubts! ^^

shino is my favorite character. hes misunderstood only because no one in the anime wants to get close enough to see him for who he is, instead of just seeing his bugs anf labling him a freak or weird

Actually; you can see an over view picture of Shino's eyes after his fight with Zaku in the Chunnin exams when he is waking back after the fight. His eyes are brown with a small red hint. I don't see hazel in them though. He's very quiet yet very senstive (as is shown when Naruto doesn't regonize him right away but regonizes Kiba and Hinata and even Akamaru right away) ... show more »
