Ninja Nonsense tells the wacked-out tale of Shinobu, a young Ninja hopeful in training. In order to test her Ninja abilities, she is given the rather twisted test of having to steal all the High School girls panties. At the first house she stops at, she is caught by an ordinary High School student named Kaede Shiranui.

Becoming the voice of reason, the two become good friends. However, a strange round yellow creature named Onsokumaru (who claims to be a Ninja Master) keeps getting in their way. As it turns out, this lecherous creature was the one who sent Shinobu on her mission. But Shinobu is far from excellent in her Ninja abilities. Will Shinobu ever become a true Ninja? And will Onsokumaru be exposed for the lecherous fake that he is?
