Character Description: Chloe
Chloe is one tough girl. Her first appearance is on Episode 8, but she does not meet Kirika and Mireille until episode 10. Her personality is rather mysterious, and she believes she is destined to become Noir, along with Kirika. However, these dreams are shattered when she is killed by Kirika (who was using a fork) who was protecting Mireille.
Chloe lives in 'The Manor' with Altena, who is determined to fulfill the legend of Noir. Chloe has trained with Altena from he start, and have a mother and daughter type relationship. Chloe likes to wear capes, and has a wardrobe full of the same type and color of cape. She has an excellent eye for color and is willing to protect Altena, and eventually Kirika.
In the anime, there are hints that Chloe has feelings for Kirika. In episode 25, she screams at Mireille, "I couldn't bear to watch you live with her", and in one of the episodes right before her death, she even kisses him.
Overall, I would say Chloe is a good character to play in Noir, and she fits in with the plot.
